Customising the QLP Experience (Dynamic Messaging)
To ensure a seamless and flexible brand experience for your customers, the Quote Landing Page (QLP) utilises a dynamic messaging system. This allows for real-time updates to the wording and terminology used throughout the widget without requiring any technical code changes or deployments.
Why We Use Dynamic Messaging
Our architecture is designed to give you and our team full control over the customer interface. This is particularly useful for:
- Brand Alignment: Adjusting terminology to match your specific brand voice.
- Legal & Compliance: Updating legal disclosures or "Product Disclosure Statement" titles instantly.
- Regional Accuracy: Automatically swapping meteorological data sources based on the customer's location (e.g., referencing the Bureau of Meteorology in Australia versus MetService in New Zealand).
How it Works
The QLP widget intelligently determines which text to show based on the customer’s session:
- Regional Logic: The system automatically detects the user's country_code and state_code.
- Custom Overrides: If a partner-specific or region-specific version of a text exists, it is displayed immediately.
- Global Fallback: If no specific override is set, the system defaults to our "Global" template, ensuring the interface is never empty.
